No reservation is required to attend this class.

Description: A body weight based, functional program using the Navy Seal designed TRX suspension training system that develops strength, balance, flexibility and core stability simultaneously. TRX Intervals incorporates the use of a variety of equipment for added strength and toning work as well the occasional cardio set.
